Behaviour and Attitude Students must:
- Observe the rules and policies of Hawza Online
- Strive hard to learn and develop intellectually and spiritually
- Take a keen part in all the lessons and tutorials
- Be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record
- Refrain from un-Islamic interaction
- Be respectful towards teachers, organisers, and classmates
- Not share any recordings or course-related files with others
- Not record any of the lectures, lessons, or tutorials
- Complete all assignments and homework on time and as well as possible
- Raise any concerns to the Administrators as soon as possible
- Ensure their work is not plagiarised
Assessment Rescheduling Assessments will only be rescheduled for urgent or emergency reasons. Rescheduled assessments will typically occur on the same day, the following day, or a day earlier, provided that the Admin team is notified as promptly as possible.
Dress Code When appearing online, all students must be dressed in accordance with sharia rulings.
Media Consent During the course, we may take photographs and videos. We may occasionally use the images and video footage on our website and other social media platforms for promotion purposes.
Disciplinary Action In the event that a student does not comply with the terms, conditions, and policies of Hawza Online, and has been given sufficient time and opportunity to comply, Hawza Online reserves the right to terminate the student’s attendance on the course without refunding the fees. Furthermore, Hawza Online reserves the right to not accept the student on future courses.
